Privacy policy

Our position

We build products that work for the people who use them, not against them. We collect the minimum information needed to run our services, we never sell personal information, and we never use it for advertising.

Information we collect

• Beta applications. When you apply for beta testing, we store the email address you provide and the date you applied.
• Contact messages. When you use our contact form, we store your name, email, topic and message so we can reply.
• Job applications. When you apply for a role, we store your name, email, phone number and location if you provide them, your CV, the links you share and your message, and use them only to assess your application.
• Emails you send us. If you write to us directly, we keep that correspondence so we can reply.
• Basic server logs. Our hosting provider records technical data such as IP address and browser type to keep the site secure and running. These logs are kept for a limited time.

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Information inside our apps

Our screen-rest app measures screen time on your device. That data stays on your phone. The app does not require an account and does not send your usage data to us.

How we use information

• To send your beta invitation and essential updates about the beta.
• To respond to your messages and job applications.
• To protect our services against abuse.

Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us operate, such as our hosting and email providers, and only to the extent they need it. We disclose information if the law requires it.

Retention

We keep beta application emails until the beta ends, contact messages for up to two years, and job applications for up to two years unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information at any time. Write to privacy@olwentech.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Children

Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be announced on this site.
